The Grand Hyatt is in a great location in the heart of DC, offers decent (not great) amenities, and very stylish, albeit, a bit dated. While falling just short of an A-grade hotel, I would still recommend it if you’re staying in DC.

The washrooms in the Grand Hyatt, however, are not up to standard. They lack flair, imagination, look very generic, and are frankly NOT clean. I.e: the fan in our washroom was full of gunk and grime. Unacceptable for the Grand Hyatt Brand.
